Through Apple or Google, on the account your phone is signed into. We never see your card. That also means the subscription lives with the store rather than with us, which matters for the next two answers.
In your device's account settings, not in the app. On iOS that is Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android it is the Play Store, Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal and you keep Pro until the period you have paid for runs out.
No. Your rounds, your handicap and your bag are all on the free tier and stay exactly where they are. You lose the Pro analysis, not your golf.
Per store. An App Store subscription covers your Apple devices, a Play subscription covers your Android ones. If you change platform you will need to subscribe again on the new one, which is the platforms' rule rather than ours.
Live Activity and the Lock Screen widget bind to iOS-only frameworks. There is nothing equivalent shipped on Android, so rather than tick them for everyone and let an Android subscriber find out later, they are marked. Everything else in Pro works on both.
Apple and Google handle those, because they took the payment. If something has gone genuinely wrong, email us anyway and we will help you sort it.
No, on either plan. It is the real World Handicap System calculation, done properly, but an official Handicap Index comes from a club affiliated to your national body. The guide explains the difference, and the calculator shows the working.
